Description
My passion is helping others. I am here to support you and your family on your journey to improved mental health wellness and spirit. Having just completed the competency-based examination (required every 5 years) I can assure clients that I offer a safe, empathic, strength-based, client-centred approach. The coping strategies you learn, and implement can improve your relationships, self-acceptance, and self-confidence. Using a holistic approach I bring my professional career as a scientist combined with knowledge of the mental illness, and social and biological understanding manifest.
