Description
My work focuses on Art Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as Mindfulness techniques. You will be provided with a safe space to communicate, externalize, and process your feelings through creative forms of expression. I work collaboratively with my clients at their unique pace, helping them maximize their personal strengths to reach their goals.
