Heather brings over 15 years of experience working across a variety of settings including residential programs, outreach services, community-based programs as well as her own private practice. She specializes in working with youth and adults living with addictions and disordered eating, in addition to trauma, anxiety and mood disorders. She uses a compassionate, holistic, client-centered approach and works collaboratively with clients to identify their goals. Using various therapeutic approaches she will help you build a pathway to improving your self awareness and emotional wellness.
