My work is relational, emotion-focused, and experiential. Relational means that I strive to make a unique and genuine connection with those I work with. Emotion-focused means that I help people pay attention to old emotional patterns that may no longer be serving them. And experiential means that I don’t just talk to people about changing these patterns, I offer experiences of forming new and preferred patterns that are conducive to their therapy goals.
