Jennelle is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She is also a certified Triple P Parenting Program provider and holds an Honours Bachelors of Inclusive and Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure (2014) bringing extensive experience as a former Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). She specializes in working with adolescent mental health (ages 10+), young adults, maternal mental health, parenting issues, anxiety, and depression. She uses evidence-based therapies, applying the most up-to-date research and therapy approaches.
