Description
As a psychotherapist, I use both talk therapy and art therapy depending on the needs of the client. My mission is to help you address and explore issues and concerns, and work together to develop skills and strategies toward achieving your goals, and a greater quality of life. This may include improving interpersonal skills, resolving conflicts, strengthening relationships, reducing stress, increasing self-esteem and self-awareness, managing emotions, and learning new ways of coping. I support children, teens, adults, and families on their road to mental wellness.
