Description

I combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with client-centered, collaborative strategies to help individuals understand how their emotions, thoughts, and
behaviors are interconnected. I aim to foster a supportive environment in which clients can challenge limiting beliefs and explore healthier coping mechanisms. In my opinion, healing is a process of transformation, as Viktor Frankl wisely put it, “When we can no longer change a situation, we must change ourselves.” Together, we identify strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change and gain self-awareness.
