Sinthuja’s educational background includes a MA in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University, a BSc in Psychology and Biology from University of Toronto. Sinthuja understands that no single approach is the right one for every individual. Thus, she utilizes a client-led, collaborative and eclectic approach to therapy. Sinthuja is passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health in minority populations and working with BIPOC and non-BIPOC individuals. She learns from client’s experiences to develop a better understanding of who they are and how they developed their worldviews.
