Sasha is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Her educational background includes a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto Scarborough in Mental Health and Population Health Studies. Sasha recognizes that reaching out for mental health support isn’t always easy. As a therapist, she aims to create a safe, respectful, and culturally inclusive environment for clients to find their strengths, increase self-acceptance, and explore self-made narratives.
