Princess’ objectives are to assist you in developing and maintaining satisfying relationships with yourself and others. She combines narrative therapy and strength-based therapy in her work. She finds this combination in her approach helps clients change their perspective on life to one that is more positive; by learning how to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other issues that prevent them from living their life to the fullest!
