Sim has worked in many fields: acquired brain injury, behavioural disorders, challenging behaviours, autism and developmental disabilities, depression, anxiety management and post-traumatic stress. She enjoys teaching various workshops and coping strategies. Sim Shergill is a professor at Seneca College and enjoys teaching in the Behaviour Health Sciences Program. Sim also works as a Behaviour Consultant for Mackenzie Health where she assesses behaviour post- injury and implements treatment plans using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well Mindfulness.
