Therapy is wellness-oriented, providing insight and learning how to effectively overcome problems and challenges. In life, we sometimes get "stuck" in relationships with others, past experiences, future goals, mindsets, beliefs, confusing emotions, or practices.

Therapy is a collaborative effort between the therapist and client. Therapists help clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional turmoil; seek to improve communication and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; and promote behaviour change and optimal mental wellness.
