Description
Being human is HARD. You are not alone, there is hope! Whether you're navigating stress, uncertainty, relational struggles, or just the ups and downs of everyday life, seeking support can be an empowering step forward. Therapy can provide the opportunity to help break us out of patterns that aren’t serving us anymore and get us to a place where we can have more peace, balance, and relief. I work with individuals, couples, and families! For those who wish to integrate spirituality into their journey, I also offer Christian counselling.
