Description
Life can be really overwhelming sometimes, and even just sourcing where that overwhelm comes from can be a challenge. Whether its tough stuff you've had to go through, a person in your life causing pain, or worry about the future, I want to help you process these experiences and develop concrete strategies to step into tomorrow with hope, positivity, and purpose. I have worked with many populations (individual, couples, and families) and have completed training in various treatment approaches. My goal is to get to know you as a unique individual, and to support you to thrive.
