Description
I am passionate about providing you with a safe and supportive space to navigate through life's challenges. We can work together to build a life that feels worth living. By taking the time to discover who you are and what values are most important to you in this season of your life, we can effectively design realistic and manageable goals to help you get closer to where you want to be. I offer therapy for anxiety, stress and life transitions, depression, trauma, OCD, social anxiety and grief/loss. My experience is strongly rooted in CBT, and I will add in other therapy modalities as needed.
