I predominantly work with young adults exploring interpersonal relationship concerns, living in-between cultures, existential issues (i.e. grief and loss, finding meaning and purpose in life), gender identity, sexual orientation, and spirituality. My clients shared that life’s challenges can leave us feeling anxious and stuck. Integrating different values, transitioning to a different stage in life, or experiencing unexpected events may lead to confusion. Healing starts when we find a safe space to integrate the many parts of ourselves. It's a great honour to be invited to journey with you
