Rafeah Gangat provides counselling to those experiencing anxiety, depression, identity exploration, stress management, communication, boundary setting, BIPOC, intersectionality, and spirituality challenges. Rafeah is passionate about supporting those within marginalised communities to improve their mental & emotional well-being to lead fulfilling & empowered lives. Drawing from her personal experiences as a person of colour and a visibly Muslim woman, she is a culturally sensitive therapist and promotes accessibility and inclusivity to all of her clients.
