Description

I have a special interest in helping adult survivors of childhood trauma build resilience, feel safe and develop trust in themselves and others to create more fulfilling relationships and lives.

My goal is to help my clients cultivate a greater sense of safety, trust, and empowerment while also developing practical skills and tools to navigate challenges with greater ease and resilience.

I integrate a range of evidence-based modalities with mindfulness and somatic approaches to help you deepen your understanding and strengthen your connection to your body.
