Description
In my four years as a Psychotherapist, I have worked with various presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, intergenerational trauma, and suicidal ideation. For three of those years, I worked exclusively with the Indigenous Community in Six Nations in individual, family, and group settings. I helped to create and orchestrate children’s therapeutic camps to develop positive self-esteem, confidence, and emotional regulation.
