Description

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO). I completed a BA in Psychology at the University of Waterloo, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health at Humber College and a MA in Psychotherapy at Wilfrid Laurier University. I use an eclectic approach, grounded in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Existential Therapy. I work mainly with individuals in their teens and young adulthood. This is a time where we all feel a bit lost, and I think that is what makes it so special.
