For over 17 years, Tara has been working with individuals and families, walking beside them through challenging times and helping them make positive changes in their lives. 

Tara enjoys helping people who have experienced all sorts of life challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, relationships, separation/divorce, parenting, grief, and intimate partner violence. 

Tara walks beside her clients through their journeys, empowering them to build upon their already-existing strengths and helping them to heal their wounds
