Description
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and Career & Life Coach. My experience and belief in counselling values the importance of the safe, supportive, non-judgmental relationship provided. Clients work with me to support them when they are feeling stuck; faced with decision making and change which is weighing on them; through times of distress in relationships, career, parenting or life in general. My counselling approach is collaborative, integrative and person-centred, using evidence based ways of working that support what is best for you. I work virtually and one day a week (Wednesday) in person.
