Description

I take an active stance in my sessions using more of a direct therapy approach, rooted in psychodynamic style and ISTDP. My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients while creating a safe space where they can have a profound relationship with themselves. I work on identifying and processing complex feelings that have been repressed sometimes for years, to get relief from symptoms such as anxiety and depression among other issues.
My intake is 90 minutes for 285$ and subsequent sessions are 45 minutes for 170$ including tax.
