Description
Hi, I’m Arya, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Bioethics & Law from the University of Toronto, I bring an ethical and thoughtful approach to therapy. My experience as an elementary school teacher equips me to support youth & families facing challenges like anxiety & behaviour concerns. I offer a culturally sensitive, tailored approach to address issues such as trauma, intimacy, divorce, & life transitions. Together, we’ll build resilience, set SMART goals, & create a path toward peace.
