Description
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, addictions, life transitions, relationship issues & behaviour change. My approach is a holistic one that incorporates ideas from several different modalities. Research shows that one of the primary driver of results in therapy is how connected you feel to your therapist. Therefore, my approach to therapy is a collaborative one in which you feel empowered & safe. In my sessions, I aim to provide a space where you feel heard, seen, & understood. Finally, I believe that all emotions, even our most difficult ones, deserve space.
