Description
Mosaics, made of small tiles or glass, may seem unclear up close but form a complete picture. They create beauty from broken pieces, much like life, where struggles can make us lose sight of the bigger picture. Every piece has a place, just as every experience shapes us. Each person’s healing journey is unique. I take a client-centered approach, using empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques. Healing takes time, requiring patience and reflection, like seeing and appreciating a mosaic. It’s not about perfection but embracing the mosaic of who we are.
