Despite our best intentions, we sometimes become stuck and get overwhelmed by the things we cannot change. If you are feeling stressed or exhausted at this time, psychotherapy can help. As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and Certified Member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, I provide therapy services in English and Spanish to individuals, couples, and families.
