Description
I believe that every person has the strength and will to achieve their desired outcomes. My role is to provide you with the tools, support, education, accountability, and environment to help you get there. For shorter-term treatment we will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. For longer-term therapy, we will also draw on Psychodynamic Therapy and Self Psychology. Regardless of the approach, I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust is the key.

Summary
With the shift to online over the past few years, we have adapted our practice to suit your needs. From the comfort of your home, we will work with you virtually. We will tailor our approach by putting your needs at the centre. If you feel an in-person session is necessary, that is available as well. Our approach is trauma-informed. We aim to create a safe environment for our clients, with the goal to create authentic and meaningful experiences together. To do so means crafting a trusting environment where nothing is off-limits.
