Brittany’s goal as a therapist is to provide a space where you can feel safe and comfortable to explore your thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences. She encourages her clients to express their concerns in any way that best suits them, whether that is through laughter, crying, or swearing, the space is yours. Brittany does not believe that there is a one-size fits all approach to therapy. She values collaboration in the therapeutic relationship and will work with you to develop a treatment plan and utilize tools that best suit you.

We will tailor our approach by putting your needs at the centre. If you feel an in-person session is necessary, that is available as well. Our approach is trauma-informed. We aim to create a safe environment for our clients, with the goal to create authentic and meaningful experiences together. To do so means crafting a trusting environment where nothing is off-limits.
