Description
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck — stuck in overthinking, stuck in anxiety, stuck in painful patterns, or stuck carrying experiences they thought they “should be over by now.” You may notice your mind won’t turn off, your body feels tense or reactive, or you keep responding in ways that don’t align with who you want to be. Therapy with me involves helping you move out of survival mode and into a place of clarity, steadiness, and choice. You will learn how to feel your emotions without being overtaken by them and connect back with your nervous system in healthy ways.
