Description
My approach to counselling is to be curious, open, and non-judgmental. Compassionate care, empathy, and mindfully based are the foundations that allow me to creatively walk alongside you on your personal journey. Combining talk and somatic based therapy to create an individual healing experience. My areas of expertise are working with parents, youths, families and adults, with perinatal mental health, fertility/infertility, chronic pain and illnesses, anxiety, identity and self-worth, trauma, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues (individual only), family conflict and transitions.
