Description
I know how hard it is to watch your child struggle and not know how to help. Maybe they’re anxious, acting out, shutting down, or feeling overwhelmed by big emotions. I work with children and teens (ages 4–17) to help them feel safe, understood, and more in control of their feelings and thoughts. My approach is client-centred but goal-focused—using play, creative activities, and hands-on strategies to build coping skills, confidence, and stronger connections. I also work with couples who feel more like roommates than partners, or who are caught in cycles of conflict, distance, or mistrust.
