Description
I have experience working in the field of mental health and concurrent disorders with my clientele being teenagers, adolescents, and adults. Every person that I have met during my time working in mental health care has one thing in common: they know their life can be better, but they’ve reached a point where all the ways they’ve been trying to cope on their own are just not working as well anymore. That’s where seeing a therapist can help. You don’t have to do it all on your own, sometimes an outside perspective can make all the difference in your quality of life.
