Description

Hello everyone! My name is Melanie Zimerman and I am the co-founder of Mind Recovery Therapy.

At a young age, I discovered that a loved one had been struggling with their mental health and I witnessed first-hand how it impacted them as well as the family. At that moment in time, I felt helpless as I wasn’t equipped to help them. Since then, I have been devoted to helping others.

It’s okay to feel nervous, uncomfortable, and uneasy when you begin your counselling journey, but I promise to create a safe and comfortable environment so that this can be a good experience.
