Lauren (she/her) believes that therapy should be something that happens with you- not to you! With 20 years of experience working with adults, children, youth and families, Lauren has supported a variety of needs and challenges such as emotional regulation, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Selective Mutism and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. She specializes in working with children and families to regulate big emotions and build upon family cohesion with compassion and optimism. Lauren is skilled in child-centred approaches including play-based therapy, and cbt.
