Description
Michelle is a counselling therapist whose goal is to help others succeed. Michelle has been working in mental health since 2009. She holds a master's degree in Psychology, is currently working towards her doctorate in counselling and psychotherapy. Having been through her own series of challenges, both personal and professional, she is able to better understand some of the difficulties individuals and couples can face. Summary
Supporting community and improving mental health are our main concerns. In-person and virtual sessions available. We never want fees to be the thing that stops people from accessing support. We offer low cost and sliding scale counselling to help those who can't afford our full rates. we also provide groups for mindfulness, meditation, and trauma informed yoga, Equine facilitated trauma, grief, and stress, Equine facilitated marriage workshop, Fearlessly anchored marriages, De:Stress and Re:fresh, and FearLess. Online courses available and our bundle packages.
