I bring over 10 years of experience working as a nurse. I provide a warm, empathic, accepting space to build a safe therapeutic relationship, collaborating on how to best meet your goals. Through our work together I will support you in developing more balanced perspectives, relating to yourself with more compassion, and learning more flexible ways of coping.
 
My approach is integrative, using internal family systems, EFT, and mindfulness, with a focus on trauma drawing from theories of attachment and neurobiology.
