Description
My extensive experience supporting youth and adults navigating complex issues in the education, health, and legal systems has showed me that everyone is doing the best they can with what they have. Therapy is a collaborative process, so we'll work together to determine how to meet your unique needs. During sessions you can expect me to use evidence-based methods to challenge your assumptions, provide psychoeducation, give active feedback, and facilitate reflection. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, trauma-informed environment for you to process, reflect, and grow on your own terms.
