My approach to counselling is one that is person centred. To me, you are the person who is the expert in your own life and my job is to provide a neutral, open and empathetic place to meet you where you are at. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Counselling and Psychology. I have a Bachelor degree in Humanistic Studies and also have a Human Resources Management Certificate. I am seeing clients in my office and also virtually.
