Tracy is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and attended Yorkville University's Masters in Counselling Psychology program. She is an artist and visual art instructor at Brock University. Tracy recognizes therapy as an art and integrates different modalities into her practice. She combines therapeutic approaches such as Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Expressive Art Therapy and EMDR.
