Description
Reinvention is a journey, and while it takes time, it is ultimately worth the effort. I can speak from experience! Having personally experienced burnout, anxiety and loss, I can deeply empathize with those who are facing similar struggles. I believe everyone has the potential to live a better life when they feel safe, understood, and validated. As a compassionate and curious listener, I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring my work to each person’s unique challenges using evidence-based approaches. I am confident that my therapeutic approach will help support you at this time.

Summary
Seeking therapy is a meaningful step, and finding the right fit is important. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and work toward lasting change. I work with adults and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief following the loss of a loved one, and major life transitions such as separation or divorce—including supporting those impacted by these experiences. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based techniques and tailoring treatment to each person’s needs.
