I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 25 years experience in the provision of individual and family therapy for children , adolescents and their parents. Therapies offered include Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety and Mood concerns and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy with fostering and Adoptive families to address early childhood relational trauma and facilitate the development of more secure and adaptive attachment relationships. Insight-oriented and skill based to address emotional, social and behavior challenges in interpersonal relationships.
