I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), specializing in Complex Trauma, Attachment Trauma, Relational Difficulties, Life Transitions, and Self-Discovery. Therapy involves integrating mind, body, and behaviors. I work with individuals (adults and teens 15+), couples, and triads, including those in poly, ENM, and open relationships. With over 20 years of experience in working with students at McMaster University, I also hold certifications in trauma, Gottman Method, Jungian Sandplay Therapy, Yoga Teaching, and Indigenous Canada.
