Description
As a Registered Psychotherapist with 16 years of experience, nine of which as a psychotherapist, I've supported teens, children, and adults with various issues. During my education at McMaster, Western, and King's College I worked in supporting families in the context of child anger. Additionally, my thesis focused on body-image and weight-control beliefs If you feel life isn't going as planned or your relationships aren't adding up, I offer a judgment-free space to explore. Let's work together to define your goals and make them happen, adapting to your needs and aspirations.
