Description
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 18 years experience in the mental health field. I have clinical expertise with families, addictions, trauma and disorders (including schizophrenia), and mood disorders (depression and anxiety). I am also a Certified Gottman Couples therapist. I believe that it is important to take into account your mind, body, and emotions in our work. I am very down to earth and I make sure you feel comfortable during our time together.
