Description
My goal as a therapist is to help people become happier, healthier, and more balanced. I am eager help to anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, grief, interpersonal relationships, and more. I use CBT techniques with Mindfulness, as well as other therapeutic approaches to maximize benefit for the client. I use a holistic approach in my practice and offer empathetic, nonjudgmental, and tailored therapy to each person to help them cultivate balance between the body, mind, and soul. A strong therapeutic alliance is a key foundation in my practice!
