Description
The LivingRoom approach is eclectic, fluid, and flexible, changing as your needs do. Empathy and compassion are the foundation. The Living Room uses Narrative Therapy as a platform with Attachment-Based, Compassion-Focussed, Mindfulness, Somatic, and Psychodynamic theories along with CBT and Strength-Based to unearth new solutions to a challenge. With 30 years of experience with youths and teens, I support school avoidance, anxiety, and friendship issues, and I have a background in special education support.
