I also cater to South Asian clients and understand the importance of cultural sensitivity and awareness in therapy. Sessions at Keeping Peace are relaxed & informal - you will have space to explore patterns of behaviour & how past experiences have influenced your current situation. Sometimes you’ll spend the session laughing & others, crying - but it will be a supportive space where you are encouraged to express yourself. We will develop goals that provide guidance for our sessions and a plan for change. After our time together, you will be more able to understand the challenges you've experienced, dynamics in your relationships, and most importantly, feel heard, confident, successful, & peaceful.
