I have an eclectic approach to therapy and work with you to create a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
I also cater to South Asian clients and understand the importance of cultural sensitivity and awareness in therapy. I am well-versed in the cultural nuances and values of the South Asian community and tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the needs of my clients from this community.

Sessions at Keeping Peace are relaxed & informal - you will have space to explore patterns of behaviour & how past experiences have influenced your current situation. Sometimes you’ll spend the session laughing & others, crying - but it will be a supportive space where you are encouraged to express yourself. 
We will develop goals that provide guidance for our sessions and a plan for change. 
After our time together, you will be more able to understand the challenges you've experienced, dynamics in your relationships, and most importantly, feel heard, confident, successful, & peaceful.
