Joanna provides counselling services to individuals, couples, and families. She uses cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and narrative therapy (NT), as well as other evidence-based approaches and employs a mix of therapeutic approaches to create support for each individual client. Her belief is that each client is unique and has the ability to grow and change, and she actively explores deep thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with her clients in a safe, inclusive environment that is free from stereotypes.
